December 31 deadline approaching to reclaim Value Added Tax incurred during UK business trips

September 20, 2018

  • Attendance fees for conferences tickets and trade shows
  • Hotel and subsistence costs
  • Travel booking fees
  • Telecom and network charges

Reclaims can reduce the cost of your UK expenses by as much as 16 percent to improve your overall profitability.

When is the deadline?

There is a strict deadline of December 31 to submit reclaim applications to the UK tax authorities. All claims must include original paperwork (or duplicates reissued by the vendor).
