Streamlining the Vendor Due Diligence Process
In December 2017, ACA Technology and ACA Aponix® released ACA’s Vendor Management Platform, a centralized solution designed to streamline the vendor due diligence process and reduce the burden, risks, and costs associated with managing the vendor life cycle. Users of ACA’s Vendor Management Platform benefit from the ability to access more than 850 unique vendor participants as well as the “white glove” support and deep domain expertise of ACA’s dedicated vendor management office services (“VMOS”) team.
Offering a Seamless User Experience for ACA Aponix Clients
ACA Technology integrated the ACA Aponix Client Portal and ComplianceAlpha by implementing single sign-on (SSO) technology behind the scenes while also redesigning the look and feel of the ACA Aponix Client Portal. These enhancements provide existing users of the ACA Aponix Client Portal with a seamless user experience and further streamline their day-to-day operations by enabling them to log in to a single system.
A Continually Evolving Platform
“We are pleased to help so many firms modernize their compliance programs through the use of ComplianceAlpha,” said Glen Froio, Partner at ACA Technology Solutions. “By adding vendor management and cybersecurity and risk functionality to the platform in 2017, as well as implementing ongoing enhancements to the CMP and MRS modules, we are continually evolving ComplianceAlpha to meet the needs of our clients and provide them with a single system designed to streamline and optimize their day-to-day compliance, marketing, and risk management tasks.”
